Last weekend -24th-26th March - LUMAG received the salesmen from almost all divisions of SUDER & SUDER and SUDER + companies. This meeting was typically training meeting. The most important point was lasting two days training course: “ Effective business negotiations” conducted by a professional company F5 Consulting. The salesmen visited also LUMAG factory and were acquainted with the changes in production of brake pads that took place during last three years, in particular in 2005. A perfect knowledge of a product, its production process as well as a supplier combined with the skills of usage of effective negotiation techniques that is for every salesman a base of a success.
